المهام والمسؤوليات :

           1.        تسجيل وإدخال بيانات الشحنات الواردة والصادرة في منصة فسح بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

           2.        رفع المستندات المطلوبة عبر المنصة (الفواتير، بوليصات الشحن، شهادة المنشأ، وغيرها).

           3.        متابعة حالة الشحنات والتأكد من إتمام الإجراءات الجمركية بسلاسة دون تأخير.

           4.        التنسيق مع المخلص الجمركي، شركات النقل، والجهات ذات العلاقة لتسريع الإجراءات.

           5.        مراجعة الإشعارات الصادرة من فسح واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.

           6.        إعداد تقارير دورية توضح حالة العمليات الجمركية.

           7.        حل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة باستخدام المنصة، بالتنسيق مع الدعم الفني عند الحاجة.

           8.        الحفاظ على سرية وأمان المعلومات والوثائق الخاصة بالشحنات والعملاء.

           9.        الالتزام التام بسياسات الشركة واللوائح الجمركية وأنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك والجهات الحكومية ذات الصله.

          .10     المتابعة مع الوكلاء الملاحيين لمهام سحب اذونات التسليم والمهام الأخرى .

           11.      أداء أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر ضمن نطاق العمل.

Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Department: Logistics Affairs / Customs Clearance

Location: Dammam

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Accurately and promptly register and enter data for incoming and outgoing shipments on the FASAH platform.

2.Upload required documents through the platform (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

3.Monitor the status of shipments and ensure smooth completion of customs procedures without delays.

4.Coordinate with the customs broker, transport companies, and relevant parties to expedite processes.

5.Review notifications issued by the FASAH platform and take necessary corrective actions.

6.Prepare periodic reports detailing the status of customs operations.

7.Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and coordinate with technical support when needed.

8.Maintain confidentiality and security of shipment and client documents and information.

9.Fully comply with company policies, customs regulations, and the rules of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, as well as relevant government entities.

10.Follow up with shipping agents on tasks such as collecting delivery orders and other related duties.

11.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.

Skills

المؤهلات المطلوبة :

           •          شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الإدارة، اللوجستيات، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

           •          خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التخليص الجمركي أو العمل على منصة فسح (تُفضل الخبرة السابقة).

           •          معرفة جيدة بأنظمة الجمارك السعودية ومنصة فسح.

           •          مهارات عالية في استخدام الحاسب الآلي والأنظمة الإلكترونية.

           •          مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة.

           •          القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

            •         ايجاد اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة .

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance or working on the FASAH platform (previous experience is preferred).

•Good knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and the FASAH platform.

•Strong computer skills and proficiency in using electronic systems.

•Excellent organizational and communication skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
