Job Responsibilities

Therapy Development:

The main task for the Clinical Specialist is to maintain our Heart Recovery solutions as new Standard of Care. This will be achieved by training MDs & hospitals staff about the appropriate use of our medical device ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Patient Support:

o  Supporting clinical staff within the Cath Lab, OR and ICU.
o  Follow-up/support patient progress with MDs after each case.
o  Establish peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices.
o  Plan regular visits to all hospitals with active Mechanical Circulatory Support therapy programs.

Account Management/ Account Training:

o   Enable and drive clinical performance in active centers throughout the zone for all our indications.
o  Coordinate our strategy with partners, implement/lead clinical activities.
o   Initiate and coordinate customer training programs to develop/expand physician skills to drive therapy adoption in active sites as well in new sites.

Qualifications:

o   Nursing degree (Preferable ICU Nurse) or higher degree.
o   Proficiency in English.
o   Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab, ICU, or CCU preferred.
o   Ability to support physicians and patients frequently at hospitals when required.
o   Availability for emergent patient care required.
o   Ability to travel to cover remote areas frequently within the zone.
