We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compounding Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customized medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (USP <795>, <797>, <800>), and collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet patient-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense compounded medications according to prescriptions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate compounding records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with USP guidelines.
• Counsel patients and providers on compounded medications as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe compounding environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy / Clinical Pharmacy / Pharmacology.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a compounding / manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have DHA License or Eligibility Letter / Agrees to convert MOH license to DHA.
• Thorough understanding of knowledge on USP Guidelines / cGMP
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
• A keen observer, an analytical thinker, possesses good organizing skills and excellent communication skills.
• No contagious diseases or wounds that may potentially alter the integrity, purity, sterility, and quality of compounded preparations.
