Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate multiple construction projects across various sectors, including civil, MEP, infrastructure, and fit-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with stakeholders
- Resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HR for project support and logistics
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, productivity, and cost control
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction management across diverse project types
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills in multi-site environments
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic language
