Our mission is simple: Unlock a Healthier You. We are looking for passionate and skilled Homecare Nurses to join our team and bring compassionate care directly to patients’ homes.

Role Description

• Provide nursing care at patients’ homes, ensuring safety, quality, and dignity.
• Administer IV therapy, injections, wound care, and medication as per physician orders.
• Assist patients with chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and wellness support.
• Monitor and document vital signs, progress, and medical records using Wellxa’s digital system.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and other Wellxa healthcare professionals.
• Ensure strict adherence to DHA, NABIDH, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid DHA License
• Tech-savvy with experience using admin dashboards, CRM, HIS, or EMR systems.
• Prior experience in homecare, hospital, or community nursing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with confidence.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Tagalog) are an advantage.
