Job Description

Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Maintain data management and both electronic and paper files.

Use initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support duties.

Assist the HR Manager in resolving Employees’ HR related issues.

Administer Employees’ separation, termination, and retirement processes.

Prepare HR related documentation (e.g., emails, letters, memos, etc.)

Help with engagement activities (birthdays, …)

Carry out the pre/post – recruitment process.

Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.

Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.

Assist in monitoring labor legislation to ensure adherence to the Labor Law(UAE labor law, Oman labor law).

Renew and update residency permits.

Taking care of the medical insurance

Must have skills

  • 3 years of experience in the field
