Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and talent selection processes.
  • Manage employment documentation (contracts, letters, certificates).
  • Support the onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Help manage absences, vacations, and leave requests.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR platforms/tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
  • Fluency in English
