🔍 Role Overview:

As an Insurance Coordinator, you’ll be the critical link between our patients, medical team, and insurance providers — ensuring fast, accurate, and smooth claims processing while delivering an excellent patient experience.📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for incoming patients
• Submit and track insurance claims through DHA eClaimLink/DHPO portals
• Handle resubmissions, rejections, and follow-ups with insurance providers
• Ensure timely pre-approvals and authorizations for procedures
• Collaborate with doctors and front-desk staff to ensure accurate documentation
• Stay up to date with changing insurance regulations and coding practices
• Provide clear and supportive guidance to patients on their insurance queries

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in insurance coordination in a clinic or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of DHA insurance procedures, platforms, and coding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
