Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Atmara in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the front desk and select marketing activities. In addition to managing administrative tasks, the Medical Receptionist will assist in basic marketing efforts to help drive awareness, engagement, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments using internal systems
- Maintain accurate client records and support medical team with documentation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication and etiquette
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics
- Maintain understanding of medical terminology and treatment offerings
- Assist in basic marketing activities such as:
- Coordinating social media content schedules with the marketing team
- Collecting client testimonials and feedback for marketing purposes
- Supporting wellness event logistics and onsite promotions
- Ensuring promotional materials are up-to-date and available at the reception area
- Adhere to healthcare policies, privacy standards, and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment scheduling and front desk management
- Strong grasp of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and client-facing demeanor
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to support marketing and brand initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, data privacy, and general regulations in the UAE
- Interest in holistic wellness and commitment to Atmara’s values is a plus
