Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Dubai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and performing receptionist duties. Additionally, the role involves understanding and using medical terminology, as well as maintaining the medical office in an organized manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Familiarity with Medical Office operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
