✨ We’re Hiring – Clinic Receptionist (Arabic Speaking) ✨

Menovivre is the first dedicated midlife and menopause clinic in the Middle East. Our mission is to bring world-class, compassionate care to women during one of the most important transitions of their lives.

We’re looking for a Clinic Receptionist who will be the warm, professional first point of contact for our patients. This role is central to ensuring every patient’s journey feels seamless, respectful, and premium.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome patients and manage appointments with empathy and professionalism.
• Support doctors by preparing patient records, test results, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with labs, pharmacies, and partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Handle patient communication (calls, WhatsApp, email) and front-desk inquiries.
• Manage records in our clinic system and support billing/insurance processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospitality reception.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (essential). French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Warm, empathetic, and professional personality aligned with Menovivre’s patient-first values.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning clinic IT systems.
