Job Purpose

Is Responsible for driving sales and ensuring the effective promotion of the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and providing relevant product information to increase prescriptions and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target, sales growth and market share objectives for designated products on defined geographical territory via optimum sales and promotional activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to healthcare providers about the company’s products, including their benefits, proper usage, and any updates.
  • Market’s insight generation: Collect and share information about competitors and market changes and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision makers.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Stay-up-to-date with the company’s products, including their indications, side effects, contraindications, and competitive products.
  • Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals during meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Effectively plan use of the expenditure budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Daily updating call information and customer information into CRM Tool.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or Science
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of sales experience is required.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively convey information and engage with diverse audiences.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
