We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our Maternal Newborn and Labour unit. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a strong background in maternal and newborn care, along with proven leadership skills. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and managing a team of nurses and support staff. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, as well as participate in the development of policies and procedures for the unit. Additionally, you will be involved in staff training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional care to patients and their families.
