Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, adapting to doctors’ schedules.
• Implement training programs for staff development and organize various events for the clinic.
• Drive sales, cross-selling, and business development (BD) initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Experience working in an aesthetic clinic is a must.
• Strong knowledge of DHA policies and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage operations, sales, and training programs.
• Candidates aged 35-50, male or female, with a professional and presentable appearance.
• Preference for European candidates, but open to other nationalities if they have international experience.

Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (flexible based on doctors’ schedules and visiting specialists)
Workdays: 6 days a week
Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 (depending on experience)
