This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Relations Executive at Sidra Healthcare in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Relations Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, coordinating care services, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other healthcare management software.
- Basic medical knowledge to effectively communicate with patients.
- Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred – fluency in Arabic is strongly desired.
