Adult – Trauma PIPS Coordinator: •    Under the direction of the Trauma Program Manager, the Pediatric – Trauma PIPS Coordinator develops, implements and evaluates the trauma program and performance improvement and patient safety (PIPS) plan. •    The Pediatric – Trauma PIPS Coordinator is a licensed healthcare professional with evidence of educational preparation and clinical experience in the care of pediatric trauma patients.•    The Pediatric – Trauma PIPS Coordinator works under the direction of the Trauma Program Manager and coordinates all aspects of pediatric trauma care including but not limited to: o    Performance improvement and patient safety (PIPS) programo    Alignment with industry best practices and recommendation for process improvementso    Clinical care guidelineso    Research collaborationo    Local, regional, and national involvement of trauma system development•    Supports Research Coordinator to enable the program research.
