We are seeking a dynamic, patient-focused, and business-minded DHA Licensed Pharmacist to join our growing team and play a key role in both clinical excellence and pharmacy growth.Role Overview

The selected candidate will ensure safe and compliant dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care. Beyond clinical responsibilities, this role requires a proactive approach toward revenue enhancement, patient engagement, and strengthening the pharmacy’s brand presence.Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in compliance with DHA regulations
• Provide professional counseling on prescribed and OTC medications
• Follow up with walk-in patients to ensure therapeutic effectiveness
• Manage inventory, insurance processing, and pharmacy operations
• Actively contribute to revenue growth and service expansion initiatives
• Support marketing activities and encourage positive Google and social media reviews
• Build long-term patient relationships through service excellence
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to foster a positive, high-performance work culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

• DHA Licensed Pharmacist (Dubai)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills
• Experience in UAE retail/clinical pharmacy settings
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive, and team-driven attitude
• Own UAE visa preferred
