  • To collaborate with the President to plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close projects across various departments within the company.
  • To develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • To coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • To facilitate clear and timely communication between the President, project team members, and stakeholders.
  • To collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
  • To engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients, to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
  • To act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  • To provide administrative support to the President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • To assist in preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
  • Supervision of Click-up tool.
