Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Emotions Regulator. The Emotions Regulator will assist clients in managing and understanding their emotions through thoughtful and personalized interactions. Daily tasks include providing emotional support, leveraging tailored frameworks to address emotional challenges, and utilizing digital tools to track progress. The role also includes collaborating with therapists and care teams as needed to create a seamless and compassionate support structure for clients.
Qualifications
- Empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills
- Understanding of emotional well-being frameworks and techniques
- Experience in mindfulness practices, emotional resilience training, or related areas
- Ability to use digital tools and platforms for remote communication and support
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in client relationships
- Professional certification or experience in psychology, counseling, or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs and schedules
