Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with DHA standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols.Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.Prepare and submit necessary documentation for DHA inspections and accreditations.Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and patient safety.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Officer in a healthcare setting, with a focus on IVF or reproductive medicine.In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations and accreditation processes.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
