Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support doctors during home visits and provide direct patient care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and manage treatments such as IVs and wound care
• Document patient care and communicate updates to the medical team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-visit care
• Ensure a high standard of patient safety and comfort

Requirements:

• DHA Eligibility Letter is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1–2 years of home care nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different home settings
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
