Job Title: Manager-Revenue Cycle Management
Location: Dubai
Summary
The Manager – Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, implementing best practices, enhancing financial performance, and leading teams to achieve revenue goals while maintaining the highest standards of service and financial integrity.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management policies tailored to organizational needs.
- Lead the alignment and standardization of RCM processes across all facilities to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of insurance contracts to maximize reimbursement and reduce claim denials.
- Manage external billing partners to ensure accurate billing and timely revenue realization.
- Continuously review RCM processes against policies and market requirements, initiating improvements to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Enhance clinical documentation practices to meet insurance and regulatory requirements, improving reimbursement outcomes and minimizing denials.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of revenue-related issues.
- Monitor key revenue cycle indicators and prepare regular reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, insurance, and audit requirements related to revenue cycle operations.
Technical Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to generate insights that support strategic decision-making in revenue cycle operations.
- Provide oversight for the standardization of modules required for the implementation of new technologies, including Cerner HIS and ERP systems.
- Drive the implementation, integration, and smooth transition of HIS and ERP systems across Hospitals, ensuring seamless adoption within existing workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in a healthcare entity
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is preferred.
- MBA with a specialization in Revenue Analysis or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in revenue analysis techniques, including rejection analysis and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
