Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the market, establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base. Supervise the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
• Target setting by Brand, Family, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Manage Rebate agreement with Retailers & ensure growth & Profit.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives and to ensure work efficiency and to Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Product listing & Distribution on time & in line with Brand Principal Direction to gain more market share.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed to get the budgeted results.
• Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, understand development needs, provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Coordinate with the Operation Manager to forecast the orders as per the sales plan.
• Control credit limit per customer & ensure collection on time.
• Control Stock Ageing to adhere to company policy.

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent business experience.
• 4-5 years in sales management in FMCG sector.
• Apt in performance management, coaching, team building and management.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
