Sales Specialist — Ishraq Med Home HealthCare (Jeddah)

Our licensed teams provide services such as home nursing, physical therapy & home rehabilitation, home blood collection & lab tests, speech therapy for children, and medical report services, helping families transition safely from hospital to home.
- The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to drive patient acquisition by building strong referral pipelines with doctors, hospitals, clinics, discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, insurers/TPAs, and community organizations. If you’re a proactive relationship-builder who knows Jeddah and can open doors fast, we’d love to meet you.
- What you’ll do
Proactively source and qualify patient leads by visiting and calling: hospitals, physicians (GPs & specialists), outpatient clinics, rehab centers, case managers, and other community touchpoints.
Educate referrers on Ishraq Med’s home healthcare services and care pathways; arrange in-service sessions and presentations.
Own a territory plan for Jeddah with weekly clinic/hospital rounds and call cycles; log activities in CRM and report pipeline status.
Convert referrals into admissions by coordinating with intake/clinical teams and ensuring excellent hand-off and follow-through.
Build strategic partnerships with hospital discharge teams to support safe, timely transition to home.
Track and deliver on KPIs: qualified referrals, conversion rate, weekly visits/calls, and revenue from your accounts.
Monitor local market trends, competitors, and new service opportunities; share insights to shape packages and promotions.
Represent Ishraq Med at community events, conferences, and health fairs when needed.
- What you’ll bring
Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in Jeddah (home healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or related field preferred).
Valid KSA driving license and access to a car; comfortable with daily field visits across Jeddah.
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and case managers in the Jeddah market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic; conversational English is a plus.
Organized, self-driven, and data-oriented with basic CRM skills (activity tracking, pipeline reporting).
Integrity, empathy, and a patient-first mindset aligned with home-care values.

Prior experience selling home nursing, physiotherapy/rehab, lab at home, or pediatric therapy services.
