
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Teach Group & Private Sessions

- Conduct 2–3 Reformer group classes per day (average) during your scheduled shift.
- Provide personal training (PT) sessions in between group classes.
- Ensure each session is safe, personalized, and high-quality.
- Client Engagement & Retention
- Build strong relationships with clients; adapt exercises to individual needs or any rehabilitation requirements.
- Actively encourage clients to renew or upgrade membership packages.
- Marketing & Sales Participation
- Assist in promoting studio packages and membership deals, aiming to increase sales and client sign-ups.
- Contribute to social media content (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories, Q&A sessions).
- Be proactive in bringing in new clients via personal marketing efforts and referrals.
- Equipment & Studio Maintenance
- Set up, inspect, and keep Reformer Pilates equipment in excellent condition.
- Cooperate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
Schedule & Flexibility
Work 6 days a week:
Monday–Friday (approx. 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
One weekend day (short shift, e.g., 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
One day off per week.
Be open to schedule adjustments based on client demand or seasonal changes.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Willing to create content (photos/videos/reels) showcasing classes and exercises.
- Actively engage on social platforms to attract new clients and answer inquiries.
- Professionalism & Development
- Punctual, organized, and dedicated to continuous learning (e.g., workshops, further certifications).
- Team-oriented: collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starting at 8,000 AED per month.
- Personal Training Commission: 50% of each PT session’s fee (e.g., if a session is sold at 300–400 AED, you receive 150–200 AED).
- Sales Bonus: 5% commission on sold personal training packages (or additional membership upgrades).
- Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided by the studio.
- Paid Leave: 30 days of paid annual vacation.
Potential Earnings: With consistent personal training sessions and sales, monthly income can range from 15,000 AED to 18,000+ AED.

Required Qualifications
Certification & Experience
- Valid internationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification (STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent).
- 2–3+ years of teaching experience with groups and private clients.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention/rehabilitation techniques.
- Communication & Language Skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and connect with diverse clients.
- Sales & Customer Service Mindset
- Comfortable with selling and upselling membership packages.
- Ready to promote workshops, special programs, and retain long-term clients.
