GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development, ensuring a safe and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to students and families.
• Address behavioral concerns and implement intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to promote student well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in all cases.

Skills

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Good command of English and Arabic
