Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat hematological disorders, including malignant and non-malignant blood diseases.
Perform and interpret specialized hematology tests, including bone marrow biopsies and blood smears.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
Provide blood transfusion services and manage patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
Counsel patients and families regarding disease prognosis, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
Specialization in Hematology Board Certified or equivalent recognized
Valid medical license to practice.
Additional training in subspecialties (e.g., pediatric hematology, transfusion medicine) is a plus.
