
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess patients’ medical histories
- Prepare patients for treatments, including administering oral sedation or anesthesia
- Conduct thorough examinations of teeth, gums, and other oral structures, using X-rays and diagnostic tests to identify issues
- Perform teeth cleaning and plaque removal procedures
- Diagnose and treat dental decay, including the application of fillings
- Design, fabricate, and fit dental prosthetics, such as crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Administer teeth-whitening treatments
- Perform root canal therapies, tooth extractions, and other endodontic procedures
- Conduct surgeries on compromised tissues and bones as needed
- Prescribe appropriate medications to address dental issues
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, including proper brushing, flossing, and the use of fluoride
- Advocate for preventive dental care through regular check-ups and consultations
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Dentist
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures
- Proficiency with dental instruments and advanced equipment
- Hands-on expertise in surgeries and extractions
- A compassionate and approachable demeanor, fostering a positive patient experience
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- A DDS, DMD, or an equivalent qualification that authorizes professional practice
