We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and manage our supply chain and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers, while collaborating closely with internal teams to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage transportation and distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports.
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Train, mentor, and supervise supply chain team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector with familiarity in industry regulations and compliance standards.
