The Technical Audits Specialist is responsible for leading and executing construction projects’ technical audits & Facilities Management audits to assess the effectiveness of organization’s internal controls environment and compliance with established policies & procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of construction activities, construction project management & related risks and the ability to translate technical risks into business terms for management. The Specialist will work independently or as part of a team to conduct construction project audits (technical, operational, financial, and compliance), back office support functions audits (such as quality control, estimation, commercial, engineering, procurement, etc.), audit of applications and systems in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
