Role: Therapy Intern (Guidance Counselor – Supervised)

Type: Remote | Psychology Students / Freshers Eligible

Stipend: Share of client session fees

Certification: Awarded after earning 500 credits

About the Internship

The Mantra Foundation Therapy Intern Program offers supervised, hands-on experience for psychology students and aspiring counselors. Interns support real clients, contribute to community mental health initiatives, and gain corporate EAP exposure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct supervised emotional-support sessions
• Support the Mental Health Hotline (earn credits)
• Participate in campus mental health awareness
• Assist in corporate EAP onboarding, workshops & webinars
• Create mental health content (videos, posts, blogs)
• Community engagement on Quora/Reddit/LinkedIn
• Refer new interns/listeners & promote awareness programs
• Optional: join Listener Program for free support sessions
• Credit System & CertificationEarn credits through tasks (hotline, campus work, content creation, etc.)
• 500 credits = MantraCare Therapy Intern Certification
