The General Practitioner provides high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a
variety of medical and surgical conditions, perform medical and surgical procedures, manage emergency
cases and deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

2.1. Clinical Related:2.1.1. Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations.2.1.2. Diagnoses and treat common diseases and emergency.2.1.3. Perform common surgical procedures such as suturing and subcutaneous abscess incision & drainage.2.1.4. Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention.2.1.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR systems and hard copies.2.2. Collaboration And Development:2.2.1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for multidisciplinary care.2.2.2. Collaborate with non-medical staff as needed to improve workflow.2.2.3. Stay current with advances in procedures and techniques.2.2.4. Contribute to continuous learning by delivering lectures or presentations at professional events to share knowledgeand expertise.2.2.5. Provide phone and in-person consultations to colleagues when required.2.3. Compliance and Medical Recording:2.3.1. Comply with all regulatory and ethical standards of practice.2.3.2. Complete, review, and verify all medicolegal documentation as needed.2.3.3. Participate in regular audits or reviews of clinical documentation and implement improvements as required toensure ongoing compliance and quality assurance.2.4. Address And Resolve Patient Complaints:2.4.1. Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a professional, timely, and compassionate manner, ensuringpatient satisfaction and maintaining the clinic’s standards of care and service.2.4.2. Communicate with patients regarding complaints or follow-up only through official center phone numbers toensure professionalism and maintain confidentiality.2.4.3. Refrain from making commitments to patients regarding the outcome of a complaint; instead, communicate thatthe matter will be reviewed and addressed through the proper channels in accordance with the center policies.2.5. Operational Efficiency and Resource Management:2.5.1. Ensure the appropriate and efficient use of medical materials and supplies, avoiding overuse or waste, whilemaintaining high standards of patient care and treatment outcomes.2.5.2. Accurately document the use of materials and supplies in patient records and inventory systems, ensuring propertracking and accountability to maintain cost efficiency and reduce waste.2.6. Supervising:2.6.1. Train, supervise, and provide clinical guidance to nurses, medical assistants, and technicians within the ability toensure high standards of patient care, safety, and procedural accuracy.2.6.2. Follow up to ensure that financial documentation is accurate and complete.2.6.3. Follow up with assistants and nurses to ensure materials and supplies are accurately documented in patientrecords and inventory systems, maintaining proper tracking and accountability to reduce waste & control costs.2.6.4. Follow up with nurses and technicians to ensure that all medicolegal documentation is completed.
