Job Description

The Role:

Accountant

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including issuance of tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, preparation of statement of accounts

· Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

· Assist the team in financial audits, VAT and Corporate Tax Filing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy or Finance
  • Candidate should have at least (3) three years Real Estate and Construction of experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience in using accounting software
  • Knowledge in TAS and DLD portal is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
