About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Front Desk Manager for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • In the capacity of Rooms Controller to strategically allocate rooms to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction while maintaining balanced room inventory across all categories.
  • Coordinates pre-arrival arrangements by prioritizing VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests in collaboration with Housekeeping and other key departments.
  • Ensures personalized guest experiences by matching preferences, managing room moves, and overseeing VIP amenities and welcome services.
  • Acts as the central liaison between Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Reservations to ensure smooth communication and efficient daily operations.
  • Utilizes PMS and forecasting tools for accurate room management and reporting, supports paid upgrade strategies, and helps optimize overall room revenue.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1 –3 years’ experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Rooms Division.
  • Proficient in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and HotSOS.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Analytical mindset; fluent in English, other languages a plus.
