Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Biomedical Sales Engineer to promote, sell, and support a portfolio of medical diagnostic and dental equipment across healthcare facilities in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strong sales acumen and customer-focused communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical diagnostic and dental equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and dental centers
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar healthcare sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and tender documentation
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product troubleshooting and coordination with service teams
Coordinate with principals and manufacturers for technical clarifications, training, and product updates
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Sales Engineering with a solid understanding of technical products and solutions
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering product demonstrations and handling customer inquiries
Experience providing technical support and resolving product-related concerns
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical diagnostic and/or dental equipment sales
Familiarity with Qatar healthcare tenders and procurement processes (HMC, PHCC, MOH) is an advantage
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage
Knowledge of the food and beverage distribution market is a plus
Valid Qatar driving license preferred
