
Job Description
New Opportunities & Deal Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities, including deals, projects, and market entry initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for high-impact partnerships and ventures.
- Convert strategic opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating outcomes.
Geographic Expansion
- Define and execute geographic expansion strategies across local, regional, and international markets.
- Assess market feasibility, entry models, and risk factors.
- Establish operational and partnership frameworks for new locations.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with developers, investors, institutional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Structure long-term strategic alliances aligned with business growth objectives.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, forums, and negotiations.
Internal & External Enablement
- Open doors internally by aligning leadership, sales, marketing, and operations around expansion goals.
- Open doors externally by leveraging networks to accelerate market access and deal flow.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and expansion strategy.
Leadership & Reporting
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on long-term growth planning.
- Track expansion performance, deal pipelines, and strategic outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Board and leadership team.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development.
- Real estate, investments, or adjacent industries experience preferred.
- Proven track record in geographic expansion and strategic deal execution
