Looking for “AI Clinical Applications Specialist “

Key Responsibilities

Educate ICU leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders on the solution’s value propositions and diverse clinical use cases.
Design and deliver training programs aligned with ICU needs, utilizing both virtual and on-site formats.
Serve as the clinical expert during pre-sales product demonstrations, workshops, and pilot programs.
Conduct site visits to support implementation, end-user training, and post-deployment optimization.
Managing the clinical implementation in coordination with the Implementation team.
Assisting with software testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to marketing efforts by gathering customer success stories for promotional materials and representing the company at conferences when needed.
Collaborate with the Sales team by sharing successful use cases and participating in presentations to prospective clients.
Document key activities, monitor customer progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and the company’s Quality Management System processes and procedures.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Respiratory Therapy or similar clinical field.
Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience required. Multiple departments, hospitals, & ICU experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train clinicians from various roles on use and value of new technology.
Strong team-oriented professional with good interpersonal skills who is hands-on with a high energy approach to work.
Background in healthcare innovation or digital transformation projects is a plus.
