Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Curriculum Coordinator to join our senior leadership team. This is a key role for someone passionate about driving curriculum excellence and ensuring high academic standards across all grade levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Curriculum Coordinator in an American curriculum school.
• Strong understanding of US/ AERO curriculum framework and best practices in American education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum planning, implementation, and review.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• A master’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
• Native English speaker required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum across all subjects and grades.
• Ensure alignment with American educational standards and ADEK requirements.
• Support and guide teachers through regular coaching, planning, and professional development.
• Collaborate with school leadership to drive academic improvement and innovation.
• Analyze student data to inform curriculum decisions and instructional practices.
