Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Meet KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati)
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- Basic computer skills
