Job Description

Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care across various clinical settings, focused on improving patient outcomes and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Previous nursing experience is preferred, ideally in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and schedules
