📢We’re Hiring: EEG Technician – Saudi German Hospital Sharjah
Saudi German Hospital – Sharjah is looking for a qualified EEG Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:
The EEG Technician is responsible for performing electroencephalogram (EEG) studies and related neurodiagnostic procedures to support physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders. The role requires compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and adherence to DHA/MOH standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine, portable, and specialized EEG studies as per physician orders.
Prepare patients for EEG procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety.
Apply electrodes according to the International 10–20 system or other standard protocols.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain EEG equipment in line with hospital policies.
Recognize, record, and differentiate between clinical events and artifacts during testing.
Assist physicians in reviewing results and providing accurate recordings for diagnosis.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with UAE healthcare guidelines.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols as per hospital and UAE MOH/DHA standards.
Participate in departmental quality improvement and continuing education programs.
Support other neurodiagnostic procedures (if trained and required, such as EMG/NCV).

Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Neurodiagnostic Technology or equivalent.
Valid DHA or MOH Evaluation/License as an EEG Technician.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
Knowledge of standard EEG practices and patient care protocols.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
