Job Summary: The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework, conducting architecture assessments, coordinating architecture activities, and ensuring architecture compliance across multiple entities. The role involves working on application rationalization, managing architecture demand, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to architecture definition, updates, reviews, and knowledge space adoption.

Key Responsibilities:



·      Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.

·      Develop and conduct architecture assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.

·      Conduct Architecture review board and help work digital and technology team on architecture review.

·      Coordinate architecture activities across multiple entities, facilitating collaboration and alignment.

·      Work on application rationalization to optimize the application portfolio and reduce redundancy.

·      Ensure architecture compliance for multiple entity demand management.

·      Complete entity architecture updates and reviews during 2025, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture strategy

·      Conduct a comprehensive review and alignment of domain architecture based on end-to-end (E2E) architecture, ensuring collaboration and approval from business teams.

·      Increase enterprise knowledge space adoption among technology and digital users by conducting sessions on EA knowledge space.

Skills

Qualifications:



·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

·      Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.

·      Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

·      Experience with architecture assessments, application rationalization, and architecture compliance.

·      Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

·      Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or other relevant architecture frameworks.

·      Experience with demand management and multi-entity architecture coordination.

·      Familiarity with end-to-end (E2E) architecture and domain architecture alignment.

·      Familiarity with EA tools, Jira, Confluence.
