Introduction:

It requires experienced financial consultant based within United Arab Emirates with specialized experience and expertise to become part of the Organisation's Internal controls team for the deployment of Smart AI Chatbot for Finance. The consultant shall support IT in equipping the AI chatbot to respond to any queries related to the following areas.

Knowledge Expert Consultants Details:

Internal Controls (IC) IC Regulations – SCA, ADAA

IC Framework – COSO

Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Risk and Control Matrices – Entity, Process level and IT general controls.

ICFR Gaps related to current and prior periods IC Training Materials – Awareness sessions, Webinars, Flash emails Finance policies and procedures (including IFRS)

Delegation of Authority Financial Data (including but not limited to): Director’s report Financial Statements (Quarterly & Yearly) Cash flows statements Management Reports (Bi, Power Bi, Presentations, etc) Other financial data and analysis  

The consultant shall also be responsible for the following:

Convert the file format (Excel, PDF, PPT, etc) for the required data / documents to be compatible with the AI tool

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the implemented AI tool

Identify areas of enhancement and improvement for the AI tool Coordinate required data from business teams Support in expanding the tool across different departments
