Job Summary:

An outstanding opportunity to join a leading government hospital in Saudi Arabia as an Interventional Radiology Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for performing image-guided interventional procedures, such as vascular treatments, tumor ablations, and neurological interventions. Additionally, the role involves providing medical consultations and supervising the medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret interventional radiology procedures using advanced imaging technologies.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions through interventional procedures such as vascular catheterization and tumor ablation.
• Provide consultations to physicians and medical departments on optimal treatment options for patients.
• Supervise radiology residents and technologists in the department.
• Develop treatment and diagnostic protocols based on the latest international standards.
• Participate in academic activities and continuous medical education programs within the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality and safety standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Education:

  • Board certification in Interventional Radiology or equivalent.
  • Certification recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interventional radiology post-specialization.
  • Expertise in utilizing medical imaging technologies such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound for interventional procedures.
