We are hiring a Marketing Supervisor with proven expertise in the fuels and lubricants industry, both within the UAE and in export markets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for fuels and lubricants in both domestic (UAE) and international (export) markets.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, international distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to support business development and customer retention.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the fuels and lubricants sector, including both UAE and export markets.
- Proven success in building market presence and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
