We’re Hiring – Medical Audit and Training Supervisor 🌟

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Review outpatient & inpatient files and ensure documentation accuracy
✔️ Cross-check diagnosis, investigations, procedures, and coding
✔️ Conduct random OP/IP audits & provide feedback
✔️ Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams during audits
✔️ Ensure documentation compliance with GCP & insurance requirements
✔️ Train doctors, nurses, and allied health staff on documentation improvement
✔️ Provide training to coding, approval, and resubmission teams
✔️ Support management on audit findings and missed documentation

Requirements:

🔹 Graduate from an approved Medical College
🔹 Certified Coder CPMA (mandatory)
🔹 Prior hospital experience preferred
🔹 Excellent communication & Microsoft Office skills
🔹 Strong knowledge of insurance processes & revenue cycle management
