HMS Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager – Operating Theatre (OT) to join our team in Dubai. The Nurse Manager will lead the OT nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations within the Operating Theatre.
• Lead, motivate, and support the OT nursing team to deliver safe and high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, and international best practices.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain seamless OT operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Valid DHA Nursing License/Eligibility.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
