Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be DHA licensed and experienced in performing safe and accurate blood draws, with strong patient care and communication skills.

* Key Responsibilities:

– Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures.
– Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens.
– Maintain hygiene and infection control protocols.
– Provide clear instructions and comfort to patients during procedures.
– Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and lab personnel.

* Requirements:

– Valid DHA License or Eligibility as a Phlebotomist
– Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
– Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
