Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, combined with a holistic mindset to support patients in recovery, pain management, rehabilitation, and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical history.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Apply physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, dry needling, taping, and mobilization (as per expertise).
• Collaborate with Ayurvedic doctors, nutritionists, and functional medicine practitioners to deliver integrated wellness programs.
• Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term health.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans based on patient response.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports in compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in physiotherapy and holistic care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA license/eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience (experience in wellness, sports rehab, or holistic settings preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and motivate patients.
• Interest in holistic, preventive, and lifestyle medicine is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary wellness team.
• Empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered approach are essential.
