Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.* Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.* Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.* Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.* Ensure the overall academic success and well-being of students in the department.Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.Education:* A regular 3-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.* A 2-year Master’s degree in the same subject.* A B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.– Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.– Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
